Please be flexible, tolerant and patient. The destination venues may not be able to accommodate groups and existing customers may mean that even a small group cannot be accommodated.
Be prepared to look for other venues if available.
Alternatively if you are so inclined, enjoy the ride but perhaps plan to take a packed lunch and a thermos.
