Collateral Damage to Lockdown - NO BBQ at Bunnings and No Social Meeting

As you are no doubt aware by now the ACT is in Lockdown . 

As a consequence the weekend BBQ at Bunnings is cancelled as is next weeks monthly social meeting. 

Provided that the lockdown is removed after 7 days the Social dinner at the end of the month may still go ahead - watch this space!

Social Rides under current COVID Restrictions

Due to the COVID19 restrictions that are currently in place in NSW all future Branch organized rides out of Canberra are cancelled

HOWEVER

Noting that, the intent is that a choice of local Social rides will be offered to interested riders this Sunday 8th Aug21. 

 

The briefing point will be the Caltex Garage, Kirkpatrick Street, Weston at 1020.

Ride options this week: 

1. Three Peaks Ride. 

2. Cotter Tharwa Loop and 

3. Regional Loop of ~200kms nonstop till arrival Hall Cafe as an interest group not Ulysses group). 

 

If numbers are strong and there is enough demand for more than one ride destination, riders will be given the option of choosing a group to ride with on the day.

Rides Cancelled - Due to the COVID19 restrictions

Due to the COVID19 restrictions that are currently in place in NSW all future Branch organized rides out of Canberra are cancelled until further notice. 

As soon as the situation changes , scheduled rides will resume.

Options to conduct Social Rides within the ACT will be considered asap.
