"I mentioned a while back that we’re trying out an informal Saturday morning get-together venue, and then I was away and everyone else was sick or forgot about it (except for Sylvia, who has kept a silent vigil, drinking mug after mug of coffee and waiting for some other Ulyssians – any other Ulyssians! – to turn up).

Well, it’s still on the agenda, so if you’d like to drop in for a chat with coffee, brekky, brunch, lunch, snack, whatever, go to:

Industry Café, Fyshwick, Saturday mornings, 10:30-12:00 or thereabouts

The café is on the corner of Barrier and Ipswich Streets, Fyshwick – opposite Harvey Norman and just down the road from CMC. You can stay as long (or as short) as you like but the café closes at 1pm. As I said, we’re trying this out – so drop in and give it a go."
