- Brecky BBQ for the Blanket Run - Volunteers needed!!
We're looking for four or five volunteers to cook and serve egg and
bacon rolls at the start of the Blanket Run on Saturday week 11 May.
We have been asked to do the brekky at the start of the ride and
our BBQ coordinator Kevin and I thought it would be a great opportunity
for Ulysses to serve our fellow motorcycle riders and make a few dollars
for the SouthCare rescue helicopter at the same time.
We'll need four or five volunteers from 7:45am to about 10:00am or
so, to set up the BBQ, cook and serve, and put things away
afterwards. It's likely to be a short-term feeding frenzy but Kevin will
be running the show and will provide on-the-spot guidance and training.
It should be all over by 10:15am.
We need to know in advance who can come and help out. Please reply
