Rules Relaxed: We Ride! (with a few constraints)

With the gradual relaxation of the shutdown rules restrictions on venues, gatherings and the numbers permitted to gather the branch is moving cautiously towards reinstating our weekend rides.

Difficulties associated with this process mean that our riding groups may have to limit themselves in size, travel in smaller groups and be mindful of the constraints when arriving at a ride destination. Keep in mind that as you cross state and territory boundaries that the rules may not be identical.

Please be flexible, tolerant and patient. The destination venues may not be able to accommodate groups and existing customers may mean that even a small group cannot be accommodated. Be prepared to look for other venues if available. Alternatively if you are so inclined, enjoy the ride but perhaps plan to take a packed lunch and a thermos.


So looking to our ride calendar and as mooted in our cancellation advice in March our June rides can commence, with the first this coming weekend:

Route notes:   Out via Cooma, Bemboka (coffee), Bega (fuel), Tathra, Bermagui, Narooma & Kianga (lunch). Back via Dalmeny, Batemans Bay (fuel), Clyde Mtn & Bungendore (coffee).

Meetings can resume as soon as the venue is able to support meals and gatherings.  TBA!
